1. Shipping destinations

We currently ship LOŽAK products across Lithuania, the Baltic countries and most European Union countries.

Shipping to Russia and Belarus is not available.

2. Production time

Many LOŽAK items are produced on demand after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and create limited character collections responsibly.

  • Production time: typically 2–5 business days
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods production time may be slightly longer

3. Shipping time

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

3.1 Lithuania

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch

3.2 Latvia & Estonia

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

3.3 European Union

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery time = production time + shipping time.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout depending on destination and order size.

Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the Website.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

6. Incorrect delivery details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided, shipping delays or additional delivery charges may apply.

7. Failed delivery and uncollected parcels

  • Parcel locker deliveries are usually held for a limited number of days depending on the carrier. If the parcel is not collected in time, it may be returned to the sender.
  • If courier delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address information, additional re-shipping costs may apply.

8. Damaged shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please report it immediately to the carrier where possible and contact us within 48 hours:

Please include photos of:

  • the packaging
  • the shipping label
  • the damaged product

9. Split shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and production location.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.

10. International shipping within the EU

We ship across the European Union. Shipping carriers may vary depending on destination and fulfilment location.

Additional delivery time may apply during peak logistics periods such as holidays.

11. Delivery delays outside our control

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections or peak seasonal demand.
