2. Definitions
- Seller – MB Care by Yuliya, operating the website lozak.store.
- Customer – any natural or legal person purchasing products on the Website.
- Website – the online store operated by the Seller at lozak.store.
- Terms – these Terms & Conditions of sale and use.
- Products – all items offered for sale on the Website.
3. Scope and changes to the Terms
By using the Website and placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.
The Seller reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Website. Any changes apply only to orders placed after the updated Terms have been published.
4. Product information and availability
- Product descriptions, materials, sizing information and care instructions are provided on each product page.
- Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and printing differences.
- Some LOŽAK products are part of limited collections or made-to-order production.
- If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be informed and any paid amount for the unavailable item will be refunded.
5. Prices
- All prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable VAT.
- Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
- The Seller reserves the right to change prices, promotions or product assortments at any time. Such changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
6. Placing an order and contract conclusion
- The Customer selects Products, provides the required information, confirms acceptance of these Terms and places the order.
- The sales contract is considered concluded once the Seller sends an order confirmation by email.
- The Seller reserves the right not to accept or fulfil an order if the information provided is incorrect, payment is incomplete, the order is suspected to be fraudulent, or the Product is unavailable.
7. Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, such as Paysera, payment cards, instant bank payments or other methods displayed at checkout.
The Seller does not process or store full payment card details.
8. Delivery
Delivery methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are described on our Shipping Policy page.
Order fulfilment begins after successful payment. If the Customer provides incorrect or incomplete delivery information, shipping may be delayed or unsuccessful, and any additional costs may be charged to the Customer.
9. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days in accordance with applicable Lithuanian and EU consumer protection law.

For hygiene reasons, returned clothing items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in suitable condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, stretching or scent may be refused.
10. Defective products and liability
- If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect Product, please contact us at info@lozak.store and include your order number, photos and a description of the issue.
- The Seller is liable for product defects only to the extent provided by applicable law.
- The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or business interruption, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Minor differences in print placement, colour tone or fabric texture that fall within manufacturing tolerances are not considered defects.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements.

12. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including product descriptions, illustrations, character concepts, graphics, photographs, logos, brand elements and website design, belongs to the Seller or is used lawfully under licence or permission.
No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Seller.
13. Force majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transport interruptions, legal restrictions, pandemics or failures of third-party services.
14. Complaints and dispute resolution
Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting us directly at info@lozak.store.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also обратиться to the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:
